The biggest fashion trend of the year - for grownups as well as kids – can be summed up in one word: comfort. But there is nothing that says comfort has to signal defeat. Some of our favorite designers – including Lola and the Boys, offer a distinctly stylish take on comfort.   

Lola and the Boys puts a fabulously fun and comfy spin on style. Founder Irina Ovrutsky made the transition from fashion model to designer let her revisit the colorful world of Punky Brewster and Rainbow Brite that she grew up in. Her designs are playful and sparkly without sacrificing comfort. 

Irina had been planning on opening a women’s boutique, but having children inspired her to take a different direction. She wanted to create a line of kids’ fashions that were playful yet practical. She now has three children – her daughter Lola and the boys, her younger brothers Shia and Julian – and a highly successful line of designer looks for kids. 

Our Unicorn Magic Track Set is a great example of the color and comfort that are the hallmark of the fashions from Lola and the Boys.
